Our Creamed Rewarewa is a blend of honey from our hives on the edge of the Kaimai Ranges and the Coromandel Forest Park near Waikino, where our bees forage across native bush including rewarewa trees. Rewarewa gives the honey its rich, caramel-like flavour and naturally occurring antioxidants, unique to Aotearoa New Zealand, balanced with our native bush blend. Creamed honey is raw honey that has been slowly cooled and gently stirred to encourage fine crystal formation, creating a smooth, buttery texture that’s perfect for spreading.
